Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Quiet, private location. Everything so clean and welcoming. The owners very friendly, helpful and make you feel at home.

Location great. Good sized rooms and living space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great shower! Hosts very welcoming and super chatty. Would highly recommend!

Love the BBQ deck to relax and gather with friends and family. The beds was comfortable and the host was very helpful when we had trouble operating the AC.

Fantastic location - right in the heart of the Hunter, so close to everything. Fantastic spot if you want to easily access the vineyards. Yvette and Mark were wonderful hosts.

From the warm greeting on arrival to the special little touches to the great location. Marbles is a perfect little weekend stay.

The location of the property is perfect for getting to all of the local wineries. Amazing location. We loved the beautiful sounds of nature at night. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for cooking meals. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice & hot. The owners are lovely. We were lucky enough to be there for a gorgeous electrical storm & the owners came to the cottage and suggested we move our car into their garage in case it hailed. Very kind of them. The cottage was a perfect weekend getaway for my husband and I for our wedding anniversary.
It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was also located perfectly for a day of winery hopping.

From the minute you stepped in the door. I felt at home. The place is immaculate. Fresh and clean. Also very personal. The lovely offer of wines, beers and water in the fridge was a lovely touch. Bed was so comfy. Loved the touch of a small censor light when you were in the bathroom at night too. Highly recommend the place. Would definitely visit again.

The property was very cosy and functional. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Marbles Cottage was a warm and comfortable 1-brm apartment to stay in. The bed was comfortable and free wi-fi allowed us to research local delights. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some (e.g. paper towel, cling wrap, dipping bowls, good sized bread/cheese board, champagne stopper)! Yvette was at the door to walk us through the property and demonstrate the keyless entry with friendly communication via text prior to our arrival. The dining table was fine for 2 people and more seating was available out on the (shared) deck. Highly recommended! Thank you ;)

"The BBQ area looked OK. The location is nice and central. The settee was comfortable and Yvette was pleasant. A bit drab inside with oldish decor and modular cupboards. The lighting is subdued and the TV is miniscule, I think my PC monitor is bigger. The pump noise in the night kept me awake."

Although we don't agree (yvette is lovely, not just pleasant) we did close the room after this and redecorate, it was probably due a fresh lick of paint. In the end new floors, fresh paint, led lighting throughout bigger TV and the same drab modular cupboards (they are only a few years old). Check out the new pictures and decide for yourself. We love it......pictures of lovely Yvette are not available online!!
